Tim Schneider
Tim is a seasoned moderator and speaker focused on art’s entanglements with business, tech, and generational change.
Since 2017, he has moderated panel discussions at major art fairs such as Art Basel, Frieze, and TEFAF, as well as industry convenings including Christie’s Art + Tech Summit, the Art Business Conference, and Talking Galleries. He has also lectured for professional organizations, such as the Appraisers Association of America and the Korea Arts Management Service, and educational institutions ranging from Yale University, NYU, and Cornell Law School to the Sotheby’s Institute of Art and Art Market Minds - The Academy.
Tim is also a frequent podcast guest. He has been interviewed on the BBC’s The Cultural Frontline, The ArtTactic Podcast, The Art Newspaper’s The Week in Art, The Baer Faxt Podcast, and Nota Bene, among others. He was a founding producer and regular on-air talent for The Art Angle, the first podcast from Artnet News, from 2019 to 2023.
